During my recent stay at 20, I was astounded by the exceptional service and attention to detail that exceeded my stringent criteria. The staff not only accommodated our early arrival graciously, allowing us access to our room, but also went above and beyond by providing a plug adapter for my computer-an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that truly enhanced our experience. The location of the hotel, in the central area of Punta del Este peninsula, was ideal and provided easy access to the beach, various shops, and restaurants. Moreover, the immaculate rooms with complimentary toiletries and cozy garden furniture added a touch of luxury to our stay, showcasing the hotel's commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction. 20 surpassed all my expectations, creating a truly memorable and delightful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Punta del Este.
